Face Masks
Social distancing has become the new norm. In a world where we are forced to take every precaution possible when heading out into public, Ryco has created our own full custom social distancing face mask. Our mask are double-layered high quality lycra with the option of an additional filtered layer sewn in between. Unlike most of the masks on the market, our mask contours to the entire face, minimizing any gaps. Each mask is washing machine safe and can be cleaned regularly. We are one of the only companies around, offering 4 different sizes, with 2 youth sizes and 2 adult sizes. The elastic straps can be sewn to have the straps wrap behind the head or around over the ears. Grommets can be added to allow either option and create adjustable straps for an additional cost.
While this is not an N95 mask, or medical grade, it does provide excellent coverage as per CDC recommendations. If you are looking for medical grade N95 masks or the very similar KN95 masks, we also can access them as well. They are not customized, but they are the safest option on the market.

At our prices any business, school, or program can afford to purchase multiple styles, allowing for different masks each day, allowing users to wash and clean them.

We encourage you to provide PMS colors so we can match as close as possible your desired imprint colors on the fabric, but please be aware that exact color matching is not guaranteed. Also note that colors on your monitor may not be the same as colors printed on fabric.
Our factory has a 100-piece minimum per item per design to place an order. Quantities are for each unique design, meaning if you have two different designs for your team, even different color schemes, the quantity count would not be combined. Each new design or color scheme is an independent order, due to the fact that we have to setup our machines and inks specifically for each design and color scheme.
Ordering
1. Pick a design from our gallery or send us your own finalized artwork or ideas.
You have two options when choosing a design:
Option 1: You can use any design in our gallery, modified with your team name, colors, logo, etc.
Option 2: You can create your own design.
* We require final art to be in vector format (.eps or .ai) on our template for all custom designs.
